Science of Beer is our signature 21+ winter event that brings together beer-lovers and science enthusiasts for an evening of discovery. Guests enjoy unlimited craft beer samples from local, national, and international breweries while exploring the entire science center after hours. The night includes access to hands-on exhibits, brew-inspired live science demonstrations, mead tastings from Savannah Bee Company, planetarium shows, and a beer-themed craft in the i2 Makerspace.
